Our general manager is on-site during business hours to assist you with whatever you may need. And if you’d like us to book your favourite restaurant, arrange caterers for your next dinner party or organise concert tickets, consider it done.

That’s why we will offer domestic services such as cleaning your apartment and doing the laundry, available from The Alba, which we are constructing next door. And when you don’t feel like cooking, you’ll be able to go next door for lunch or dinner at The Alba’s restaurant or have it delivered to your door.* Or why not enjoy a light meal at the on-site café? With our assistance, you can enjoy everything your retirement has to offer.

We know how important it is for you be able to live in your own home and enjoy your independence for as long as possible. But if you need access to care in the future, it’s comforting to know that quality, professional care and support services will be available from The Alba. And should you need to consider residential care, The Alba Care Suites are next door also. At The Grace, 24-hour emergency response is standard in every apartment, while an off-site care team and registered nurse can be accessed as required*.
