We bring in professionals who can offer practical ways on how to maintain your health and fitness. Cooking classes focused on nutrition for healthy ageing bring The Grace’s edible garden into play. Access to the Healthy Ageing Studio, plus an in-house hair & beauty salon will also be available at The Alba, which we are constructing next door.*
